Horseshoe Bend is a growing community of ~2500 people. Since the last census in 2020, the community grew by 6%. This is a lovely lake and golf community in the foothills of the Ozark mountains. Featuring several lakes and also the Strawberry River, most of the properties in this list are just minutes from some form of water.
Some notes:
Utilities: All of our properties in Horseshoe Bend currently have power available to the lot. Most have city water also, but you would need to confirm that. A couple have city sewer, but in most cases you would need a septic tank. To find out if the property can support a septic tank, a perc test is required. Restrictions: Often we are asked about the ability to build a tiny home or small cabin. Each subdivision in Horseshoe Bend has it’s own build requirments. You can below in the far right 2 columns, the Minimum build on the First Floor, and the minimum heated space. The difference between those two can be a carport, garage, porch, etc.
The Bill of Assurance (the restrictions) for each subdivision is available upon request.
