90-day, 100% principle back Satisfaction Guarantee
We want to you be satisfied with your purchase – so much so that our properties come with a 90-day, 100% principle back Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund 100% of the principle you have paid*. If we have a property that you prefer, we will work with you to exchange properties.

*On owner-financed term sales, we will refund your principle paid – or we can work to exchange for another property in our inventory based on the price you paid excluding fees we are unable to recover (doc fees, payment processing fees, and taxes). Late or missed payments by the buyer during the guarantee period automatically voids the Satisfaction Guarantee. If you keep your end of the deal, we’ll keep ours. We want you to be completely satisfied. This refund is not applicable on cash sales.
